One more step in this direction was made in 2013, when was taken a strategic decision to establish and implement the quality management system which meets international standards ISO 9001:2008. The company established the Quality Service, developed internal regulations and concomitant documentation, there were conducted trainings and audits among employees.
In October 2016 the quality management system of LLC "Glinopererabotka" was successfully certified for compliance with international standard ISO 9001:2008 in relation to the development, production and supply of cat litters.
The receipt of certificate ISO 9001:2008 testifies that the company LLC "Glinopererabotka" complies with the requirements of the international standard in quality management system and carries them out; organization technology and business processes ensures the installed quality of products.
The audit was conducted by the largest Russian international recognized certification Association "Russian Register". At the same time with the certificate from "Russian register" company LLC "Glinopererabotka" received the second certificate of conformity of quality management system ISO 9001:2008 from international certification network IQNet ("Russian Register" is a member of international certification network IQNet). Certificate IQNet is recognized in the 33 leading countries of the world and it is the main evidence of international recognition.
Currently, LLC "Glinopererabotka" is the only one Russian manufacturer of cat litters, which received the estimate from the International organization for standardization (ISO).

The group of ISO standards developed by international non-governmental standardization organization - International Organization for Standardization, founded in 1947 with headquarters in Geneva (Switzerland). ISO standards represent generally accepted rules of management practice that guarantees the development, production and supply of quality products and services to satisfy critical customer requirements.
The value of international ISO standards is that they are acknowledged, accepted and used worldwide. In ISO included 91 countries of the world, which accounted for 95% of world industrial production.
IQNet (International Certification Network) is the international Certification Network, nongovernmental, nonprofit organization established in accordance with the laws of Switzerland with headquarters in Bern. It brings together leading certification bodies, leaders of their markets.
The philosophy of the standard
Received certificate of LLC "Glinopererabotka" guarantees compliance with the basic concepts of quality management:
- Focus on the consumer. Level of quality sets the consumer, so the company LLC "Glinopererabotka" focuses on the research problems, needs, requirements and expectations of the consumer for subsequent implementation of obtained information of manufactured production.
- Process and system approach. The product quality control is accomplished through control of production processes.
- Leadership of the management. The team genuinely respects the Head of the company and he appreciates it. The leadership of the Head is based on his high level of expertise, undeniable leadership qualities and respect for the staff.
- The involvement of the staff. Each employee has personally responsibility for process, which is trusted to him and free to make decisions aimed to improving and enhancing the effectiveness of its process.
- Continuous improvement.
- Management decisions based on actual data. Management decisions are made on the basis of data obtained directly from consumers. The objectivity and correctness of decisions is ensured by the various means of establishing feedback from the direct consumers of the product and assessment of their satisfaction during the usage of the product.
